What you'll do

• Assess income, credit and property documentation against lending guidelines
• Decision files within policy or escalate exceptions with a clear rationale
• Communicate conditions and outstanding requirements to broker partners
• Maintain turnaround targets during peak volume periods
• Flag policy gaps or emerging risk patterns to the credit team

What we're looking for

• 3+ years mortgage or consumer lending underwriting experience
• Working knowledge of Canadian residential lending guidelines
• Comfortable in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Clear, professional written communication with broker partners
